Something new...
I got away from this blog thing for a while, but do plan on future blog updates…..
It will be a year on Dec 12 since the passing of my father...some days are good for me some are hard...
I haven’t been doing much racing, but that'll change I’ve been doing various sprints two to three times a week.
I’ve also been experimenting with something new, www.mtbstrengthcoach.com/ These exercises work on your core body strength. It’s a different philosophy but I can feel the difference from when I first introduced this into my training. I can’t wait for the benefit to cross over to on the track skill training and my Mountain bike riding.
My mountain rig is in the process of undergoing repair / upgrades.
My knee is doing much better. I only feel slight pain when sitting too long or the next day after sprints.
